Your data is used only to:

• Generate your personalized coloring page
• Process your payment via Stripe
• Send your files by email
• Respond to support requests
• Improve our services

We never sell your data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

3. Data retention

• Uploaded photos: automatically deleted after generating the coloring page (usually within 24 hours).
• Generated files: kept for 30 days to allow re-download, then automatically deleted.
• Email address and order data: kept for 3 years for accounting and tax management.

4. Sharing data with third parties

Your data may be shared with:

• Stripe: for secure payment processing.
• OpenAI: for generating the pre-colored image (your photo is sent to the OpenAI API). Images are used only to provide the requested service, are not used for model training, and are deleted after processing.
• Google (Gemini): for generating the pre-colored image (your photo is sent to the Google Gemini API). Images are used only to provide the requested service, are not used for model training, and are deleted after processing.
• Web host: for storage and website operation.

These providers are subject to strict confidentiality obligations and may use your data only for the purposes for which we provide it.
